Training Course Launch for New Managers
Management development company KJ Associates has launched a new one-day course to quickly instil skills and best working practices into newly-promoted managers.
The in-house course, which suits up to eight new managers and can be tailored to the employer, includes issues such as communication, teambuilding, the manager's role, responsibilities and delegation.
