KJ Associates launches free Business Energizer consultancy
Management development trainer KJ Associates has launched a new, free consultancy for business owners to gain an overview of their business, their wants and needs for the business and where it is heading.
The results from the process lead to a number of options to develop the business including strategic planning, profit improvement and wealth tracker, which enable business owners to evaluate how much of their personal wealth is actually tied up in their business.
The Business Energizer is an hour-long, one-to-one session that looks at both the owner's business and personal life from a high-level perspective and how they want it to move forward.
Following the session, the owner receives a printed plan reflecting all the points they have discussed during the session.
