Andrew Jackson gained a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Salford in 1982. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Schwarz Pharmaceuticals, later joining Glaxo Smith Kline, where he gained extensive experience of sales, market development and training. Andrew's excellent communication skills were quickly recognised and developed and he became increasingly interested in training and professional development. During his experience of over 20 years in industry he has trained administrators, sales representatives, managers and nurses in a range of skills including personal resilience, selling skills, personality types, teamworking, time management, personal motivation and presentation skills.
Andrew's continued interest in personal development has led him to gain qualifications in life coaching, clinical hypnosis and psychotherapy, which have given him greater insight into human relationships and helped him develop more effective methods to train and motivate clients' staff. After many successful years in the pharmaceutical industry, Andrew opened the Regional Office of KJ Associates in Merseyside in 2008, bringing his training skills to a wider range of organisations in the area.
Andrew is passionate about the difference good training can make to individual and organisational performance and continues his own development to ensure that he brings the latest knowledge to his clients to enhance the skills of their staff and help them achieve their business objectives.
Andrew has been a Committee member for the local Scout Group and was Treasurer of the group for three years. His other interests include cycling, walking and theatre.
