Katie Jones profile

Katie's first career spanned nearly 30 years managing teams of staff in various roles in banking. Her excellent communication skills and love of dealing with people enabled her to develop as a highly regarded, skilled trainer and facilitator. Part of her time was spent training all the bank's trainers, from both the UK as well as abroad, which gained her a qualification with what is now the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Since setting up her own training & business consultancy, she has worked with organisations from all over the UK, as well as Russia, South Korea, Poland and Central & Eastern Europe.
