For people filling a sales role, there is a further pre-recruitment screening tool that is used known as the 'Sales Performance Indicator', which adds another dimension by providing information on the individual's levels of desire (motivation to sell) and aptitude (understanding of the sales process).

Our pre-recruitment screening takes place prior to an internal recruitment interview and acts as a highly-effective way of getting past the 'interviewee facade', so that a real interview can take place where a truer picture of the individual can be seen.

The pre-recruitment screening process assists in hiring individuals who are better suited to their roles, resulting in better motivated and reliable staff, increased productivity, reduced staff loss - and less time and money wasted through unsuitable appointments.

Finally, the widely-used pre-employment screening system Employee Reliability Inventory (ERI) assesses seven qualities relating to reliable and productive job performance: emotional maturity, freedom from disruptive alcohol and drug abuse, courteous job performance, conscientiousness, trustworthiness, long-term job commitment and safe job performance.
