How these assessments work:

Each tool uses an online questionnaire to keep it simple and effective. The form is analysed by KJ Associates and a report supplied during a follow up meeting will provide a full explanation and advice for advancements, opportunities and clarification. This can be as an individual report or a team report to determine where several people currently are in terms of skills - ideal to carry out before and after training. It can also be tailored for each specific company's needs.
